Description

Intermediate Drill Pods (3.0–4.0 DUPR Guideline)

If you’re ready to stop just playing games and start getting better, our Intermediate Drilling Pods are built for you.

These 90-minute small-group sessions are 100% drill-focused—no drop-in games, no waiting, no distractions. Every minute is designed around intentional repetition, helping you build consistency, confidence, and better decision-making under pressure.

Players are grouped within a similar playing level (3.0–4.0 DUPR guideline) to ensure high-quality reps, realistic ball speed, and productive drilling. That means better feeds, better rallies, and faster improvement for everyone on court.

What to Expect

  • 90 minutes of structured drilling

  • Small, curated groups for maximum reps

  • Shot-specific focus (dinks, drops, resets, drives, volleys, transitions)

  • Progressive drills that layer movement, targets, and decision-making

  • Coaching cues and feedback throughout the session

  • No game play—this is about building skills, not keeping score

Who This Is For

  • Players in the 3.0–4.0 range looking to make meaningful gains

  • Athletes who want repetition, structure, and purpose in their practice

  • Players preparing for leagues, tournaments, or higher-level play

  • Anyone frustrated by plateauing through game-only sessions

Why Drilling Pods Work

Improvement doesn’t come from more games—it comes from reps with intention. Drilling Pods remove randomness and replace it with focused practice, allowing you to:

  • Groove reliable shots under controlled pressure

  • Clean up common errors through repetition

  • Build confidence before applying skills in match play

If you’re serious about leveling up, this is where progress happens.

Limited spots available. Level guidelines are used to maintain quality of play and ensure the best possible drilling experience for everyone.
