Teams rank by win percentage, then head-to-head results, point differential and points scored. When a team misses a full scheduled week, three administrative losses count toward its record. A team that attends but plays fewer games receives no penalty. ABS shows missed weeks; +/- uses on-court scores only. Week 4 W–L shows games played on October 4; four unplayed 0–0 fixtures are excluded. Move compares the current rank with the preceding week's rank: ↑ means a rise, ↓ a drop, and — no change.
